UTA has, in stock, the most used regulatory supplies for trucking.  UTA members receive discounts on supplies.    Supplies include driver medical forms, log books, inspection books, placards, federal guidlines, training veidos and other items.  

The links provided on this page will give you a listing of products, pricing, and an order form.  Just print and mail or fax the completed form.  Most orders go out same-day, FOB destination.     Driver Medical Forms are offered in bulk and with discounts.
